Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Plans

FilingSight offers the following paid plans, all billed in USD:

• Pro — $58.00 per month
• Pro Quarterly — $149.00 per quarter (billed every 3 months)
• Pro Annual — $580.00 per year

2. Auto-Renewal

All paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel. You will be charged the same price you originally paid unless we notify you of a price change in advance.

3. Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support@filingsight.com. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.

4. Refund Eligibility

• 7-day money-back guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. This applies to your first payment on any plan.
• Annual plans: After the 7-day window, annual subscribers may request a pro-rata refund for the remaining full unused months, minus any payment processing fees.
• Monthly and quarterly plans: After the 7-day window, no refund is provided for the current billing period. You retain access until the period ends and will not be charged again.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@filingsight.com with your account email and order details. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and will be returned to the original payment method.

6. Tax

Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location. If you are granted a refund, the tax portion will be refunded proportionally.

7. No Investment Advice

FilingSight provides analytical research, not investment advice. Subscription payments grant access to analytical tools and content. Refunds are not available based on investment outcomes. See our Disclosures & Risk for full details.
