By accessing or using FilingSight ("FilingSight", "we", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

FilingSight is an automated analytical research tool that generates periodic, data-driven reports on US-listed companies using public data sources including SEC EDGAR, Federal Reserve (FRED), USDA, and market price feeds. The service offers a free tier and paid Pro subscriptions.

3. No Investment Advice

All content is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, a recommendation, an offer, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. FilingSight is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial professional. See our Disclosures & Risk for full details.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

5. Subscriptions & Payment

Paid plans are billed in USD via our payment processor, Paddle:

• Pro: $58.00 per month
• Pro Quarterly: $149.00 per quarter (billed every 3 months)
• Pro Annual: $580.00 per year

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Taxes may apply and will be calculated at checkout. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) scrape, resell, or redistribute bulk content; (b) attempt to disrupt or compromise the service; (c) use the service for any unlawful purpose; or (d) reverse-engineer or circumvent access controls.

7. Intellectual Property

FilingSight retains all rights to its software, algorithms, and analytical output. Public data remains the property of its respective sources. You may use generated reports for your personal research.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Outputs depend on third-party data which may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FilingSight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits or investment losses, arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice.
