Payment data: Subscription payments are processed by Paddle; we do not store your full card details. We receive your subscription status and Paddle customer ID.

• Paddle — payment processing (email, payment method, billing address)
• Vercel — web hosting and application infrastructure
• Upstash — data storage (account and report data)
• SEC EDGAR, FRED, USDA, Yahoo Finance — public financial data sources

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. Paddle may set its own cookies during the checkout process.

5. Data Security

Passwords are hashed with industry-standard algorithms. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Payment information is handled entirely by Paddle and is PCI-DSS compliant. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or delete your account data at any time. You can cancel your subscription from your account settings. To request data deletion, contact us at support@filingsight.com.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

FilingSight is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
